This document was prepared as a working draft for a sole trader operating in Ireland. It describes what this website actually does, but it has not been reviewed by a solicitor. Have it checked before relying on it.
Who we are
Lumus Agency (also trading as Lumus Creative Studio) is a creative and marketing studio operating as a sole trader in Galway, Ireland. Lumus is not currently registered for VAT.

What this policy covers
This policy explains what happens to personal data when you use lumusagency.net. It does not cover data we process on behalf of clients under a separate agreement.
What we collect, and why
When you submit a form
Our enquiry and booking forms collect the details you type in — typically your name, email address, phone number and your message. We use them to reply to you and, if it goes further, to prepare a proposal. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, or steps prior to entering a contract.
Form submissions are delivered by Formspree, a third-party processor. Your submission passes through and is stored on their systems, which are located outside the European Economic Area.
When you simply browse
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people read and where they arrive from. This sets cookies and processes your IP address. See the Cookie Policy for the detail.
Requests made by your browser
Some parts of this site are loaded from other companies' servers. Your browser contacts them directly, which means they receive your IP address and basic device information even though we never see it:

What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not run advertising or profiling cookies on this website.
- We do not ask for payment details on this website.
- We do not knowingly collect data from children.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Analytics data follows Google's own retention settings. If you want your enquiry deleted, ask and we will delete it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or object to our using it. Write to lumus.marketing.agency@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
